What are our postage charges?

The postage charges will depend on the weight of the item and the method of delivery i.e. Post Office delivery or Courier. We will quote you the actual total cost of the item including postage.

How can I pay?

We do not accept direct credit card payments but can send a PayPal invoice which can be paid by credit card (even if you do not have a PayPal account). We also accept payment by Sterling cheque/money-order and Bank Transfer.

What are your Terms of Business?

Any item may be returned within seven days of receipt for a full refund if not found as described.
We would request that if you wish to return an item, please contact us to let us know that you are about to do so and return the item in the same type of packaging and by the same method as delivered.
